·         Conducted requirement gathering sessions for PTP SRM processes.

·         Involved in technical analysis of change requests made by Brazil affiliate and required by the template.

·         WRICEF analysis, functional specification, unit test and integrated test.

·         Provided solution and closure to Brazil open items, including the analysis of Nota fiscal.  Guided the client to disregard an enhancement for the deployment of Brainware Brazilian solution giving a cost effective alternative that prevented the client from additional enhancements that would have failed in production.

·         Analyzed specific business scenarios for Brazil (ex. Gas Station Vendors for Brazil, CT-e for Brazil, Boleto monitoring process, Credit memo) and designed smooth process following industries best practices.

·         Built a structured record of Brazilian processes, later leveraged by the business to create the PTP Variant Desktop Procedure.
