- Further project management experience while relocating companies operation from DE to CZ, project managed entire transition starting with East European operation, followed by entire EMEA operation and thereafter moving another department as part of the business. Run the project from the scratch for over 7 years, starting from 8 technical specialist to 50.
- Ability to sell, support, motivate and drive the results. Proven record for over 10 years.
- Managing large sales departments shaped the problem solving, communication and client management skill
